Relaxation Specialist meets Tea Specialist

And Soul Rejuvenation occurs.

Great News to share!  Another noteworthy pairing has occurred, like peanut butter and jelly or pickles and ice cream, two great things, and now two wonderful people have come together.  Sharon Withers, owner of Earthly Angels Healing Arts & Designs is teaming with Judy Williams of Tea Talks to bring you a two-hour class that is relaxing, rejuvenating & refreshing called Soul Rejuvenation.

The two-hour class starts off in the first hour with Sharon as she guides the participants in relaxing each muscle group from head to toe, then opening the energy pathways for better flow of life force energy.  She will finish off the last half of her hour with a wonderfully relaxing guided visualization that incorporates all your senses, releases stress, lowers blood pressure and anxiety levels.

In the next hour Judy guides you, through the way of tea, as you cultivate Harmony-Respect-Purity-Tranquility – the four principles of tea.  Together you will experience these principles and explore the relationship of tea and meditation through Gong Fu Cha, the Chinese Tea Ceremony.

The result is a relaxing, rejuvenation, refreshing event that participants are going to love!

The class will accommodate a maximum of ten folks at each event.  The pair intends to offer the Soul Rejuvenation class on a monthly basis.
