A day and a half retreat to give you the opportunity to reconnect, rejuvenate and celebrate you and your next steps!
Experience meditation, sound healing & movement. Listen deeply to what is most important. Practice yoga nidra & self massage. Learn practices that will support you on your path and become the best version of yourself. Enjoy delicious meals and self reflective time in nature.
