perhaps a new relationship, career path or a different phase of life?
These transitions can sometimes be overwhelming and confusing as certain aspects
of our lives no longer seem to fit and the new ways aren’t clearly formed.
There is a way of listening underneath the surface of our daily thoughts that can
give us awareness, clarity and support us as we move through our life’s transitions.
Come to this introductory session to learn to deeply listen to yourself in a way that
moves you powerfully into your next life chapter.
