For those who have asked about CUB...they meet at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center, 8300 W 38th Ave, 3rd Sunday each month, 130P-330P. With construction the meeting room is always questionable...signs are usually posted or ask at the FRONT desk for the meeting location. We are a friendly bunch and what is said within the meeting walls STAYS within the meeting walls....confidentiality is a HIGH PRIORITY. Come join us!

I am not adopted BUT...I am a Birthmother. Reunited with my daughter Nov 1989 (she was 18 then). I belong to CUB (Concerned United Birthparents) an awesome group that meets the 3rd Sunday of every month at Exempla Lutheran Hospital in WheatRidge. We have many adoptees attend as well as birthparents...once in awhile adoptive parents.

I'm not adopted although
1. My mother said I was and threatened to "give me back"
2. My 2 kids (not related to each other) were adopted at ages 10 and 7-1/2. They are currently 28 and 20.
Is that close enough to be a member of the group? :)
