Welcome, Lee Clark - Business Growth Strategist

Are you looking to hire a business coach?

Someone who you can talk to about your business issues, help you navigate through your "busyiness", create some clarity and design a clear path to move forward. Then I may be just the right person for you.

A coaching relationship is a very personal thing, so it's really important to make sure you have someone you can trust, confide in, and quite frankly get along with. You also need to be open to some "tough love" and hearing some home truths, as I generally don't hold back.

I'd like to invite you to browse through my programs on my site www.leeclark.com.au I believe they're unique, at least I haven't come across anyone in my network who offers this type of coaching relationship, and I hope you will see the value in them, so we can work together.

Please add me as a friend if you'd like to connect.

Creating Winning Teams

A couple of weeks ago we were given a series of training videos, and although they are about 20 years old we thought the information still has to be valid. We’ve only watched one so far but the information is absolute Gold.

The video was called “Team Building: How to Build a Winning Team” – the presenter Patricia Fripp (www.fripp.com). We have since discovered Patricia is an award winning speaker, and an absolute dynamo.

Whilst the theme of the video was around creating a… Continue

As you are no doubt aware billions of dollars are spent on advertising and marketing in the hope to build brand awareness, and ultimately sell product.

However, real BRAND EQUITY is what people feel about your business.

So the challenge for businesses of all sizes from Blue Chip to home-based; is how to gain the “Heart Share” of your customers?

Think about campaigns on TV that all are far more emotional than they used to be like Johnson’s Baby products…use Johnson’s… Continue

Importance of First Impressions

Posted on June 2, 2009 at 5:28am 0 Comments

In any business, first impressions are lasting impressions. What first impression do you give?

When someone hands you a professionally printed business card, the type that has all the person’s details included and perhaps some added value elements like business tips, or a corporate photo of the person….how does that make you feel? Do you feel like you are dealing with a professional? Someone who has “been in business” for quite some time? Are you impressed? Do you think…this person… Continue

Are You Present?

Posted on May 24, 2009 at 6:00am 0 Comments

The foundation of building strong relationships with people starts from the very moment you meet them. In every conversation you have with people you need to not just listen and ask questions but actually “be present.”

What we mean by “being present” is that when you are speaking with someone you remain focused on that person and the conversation you are having at that very moment.

So at a networking event, you don’t look over your shoulder and start looking to see who you… Continue
