I am a transformational facilitator and evolutionary guide with 25 years of experience cultivating peak performance, leadership, and business success. I guide clients to be prepared, resilient, and resourceful regardless of what is happening in their lives... an essential skill during these uncertain times.
My current focus is in two contexts:
1) Renewal for women between lives: I work with a growing number of heart-centered women who feel they are between a life that no longer fits and the life they sense is just ahead. They are frustrated because they are feeling called to live and serve in new ways, but aren't yet clear and focused on how.
In a 12 hour, one-on-one telephone program, I guide these women to develop the focus and integrity that cultivates the magnificence essential to nourish them and advance them to the next chapter of their lives.
2) Peak Performance for Companies: Everyone brings ineffective behaviors to the workplace. By replacing these behaviors with effective practices, key employees are able to remove their negative impact and add quality and strength to their performance.
I use a two-phase process that can add an essential element to a company's strategy for success.
Phase One begins with concurrent, individual one-on-one sessions for managers and key employees. This process facilitates employees to recognize and “own” their sabotaging traits and habits. They make discerning new choices about how best to think, choose, relate, and act, often including new business practices that promote success.
Phase Two focuses on team development. In a supportive environment, employees are guided to be more supportive of each other by speaking openly about their limitations and what they intend to change, then discussing how to support each to fulfill these intentions.
Quite simply, this combination can facilitate employees and management teams to realize their full, unencumbered, generative potential… a tool that every manager and leader should utilize, especially during this increasingly challenged national and global economy.
My bio
Marianne Weidlein, author and transformational facilitator, has a Bachelors degree in business administration, and 40 years of experience with business, spirituality, and human potential. In 25 years of self-employment, she has developed expertise in facilitation with self-mastery, peak performance, leadership, and self-employment.
She now works by telephone to help clients to become intentional authors of their unique destinies. To this aim, she guides clients to transform their negative states of perception, thinking, decision-making, behavior, and emotion into positive equivalents. This raises their consciousness and vibrational frequency, and thus the likelihood of success in all ways.
