Every school year I manage a large caseload of children. I will tutor approximately 20 - 25 students annually. My focus is to teach Elementary students that live in high need neighborhoods. The students are well below proficiency levels and need the assistance to become desired learners with the goal to become proficient.
In addition, I am a qualified psychotherapist that will counsel families. My skills are such that I feel confident to emotionally support people of all ages. I have specialized in women's issues and assisting to children's issues.
Each year I provide resources to families of need. Free resouces are provided to all tutored students that I tutor. Services include gifting for holidays, food when in need and other necesssities.
Who are your ideal customers? (Please Describe)
Working with families of high need. To discipline students to value their education and create the desire to become academically successful. There must be a willingness on the part of student to increase their skill level. To work with parents that are motivated to support academic change in their child(ren).
What makes you and/or your business unique?
I possess the insight of a skilled therapist, the talent of a good educator, and create meaningful relationships with people of any culture. Hence the name of my business: Life Learning Resources.
