Describe Your Business and the Products or Services You Provide.
iAscend’s is a web-based service whose focus is on empowering women by building self-esteem, providing education, and being a resource for spiritual strength. iAscend accomplishes this through self-help books, live online workshops, and by utilizing progressive coaching tools. We provide one-on-one coaching as well as group coaching. We also host a live internet talk show once a week interviewing specialist and experts in their field to help women ascend to the next level in their life.

The vision of iAscend is the empowerment of women regardless of socioeconomic, ethnic or religious background.

The organization works with women who are ready and willing to break free of their limitations, who want to do the work to maximize their potential and realize their purpose.
Who are your ideal customers? (Please Describe)
My first type of client is a successful woman between the ages of 40 and 56. She has healthy self-esteem and self-confidence. She is a visionary, a leader, and/or a role model. She is either a leader in her school or workplace (business executive, entrepreneur, successful employee). She realizes that in order to continue to be successful she must continue to invest in herself. She knows there is no such thing as being stagnant; she is looking for someone to take her to a new horizon..

My second type of ideal client is: is either a female teenager between the ages of 13 and 19; or a woman between the ages of 40 and 56. She has less self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth; she may be frustrated due to unrealized goals and dreams; she may be bruised from hitting her head, repeatedly, against the glass ceiling. She may be angry due to her unrealized dreams and blaming others for her challenges. She may be bitter with unresolved personal issues with family, loved ones or associates. She may harbor unforgiveness. Her communication is ineffective in the home and/or in her workplace. She too is a visionary and is sick and tired of being sick and tired. She has come to the realization in order to move ahead, she must do the “me” work. She is looking for someone to take her to the next level.
What makes you and/or your business unique?
My niche makes me unique - I am a self-esteem life strategist. I mix personal empowerment with spiritual enlightenment and voila. In addition, because my story is the life of one overcoming unhealthy self-esteem (while appearing successful on the outside) and overcoming numerous adversarial situations, my life experience makes me a master teacher and sincerely empathetic.

Hi, Pamela! Thanks for your comments on my website. I've been looking at yours too and want to check it out more. I've noticed you were on the last two webinars with me. Aren't they great? I'm really enjoying learning more business skills and meeting others. I still have to update my page, but isn't it exciting to learn how these tools can help our businesses?? Talk with you soon!
