NOW - I was going to record a
really cool video for you yesterday
as I was getting my hair cut, cause
we are preparing to release some
powerful trainings.
I was all set and ready to go - got to
the salon and was getting ready to
shoot and the store manager came
in and had a complete melt down.
Panicked - she kept repeating in a very stern and degrading
tone how it was against corporate policy to shoot any thing
there and we needed to stop immediately. My husband,
who was going to shoot the video, doesn't take kindly to
being treated that way and said a few choice words and stopped out.
(He didn't want to make the situation worse - so he got out quickly)
It took me a little off guard and I was quite offended - not cause
I couldn't shoot the video - but because of the scene that she
made about it. I almost walked out vowing never to do business
there again - however, I love my hair stylist Heather and I didn't
want to punish her because of her managers behavior - so
I calmed myself down and stayed.
Heather whispered to me that any other time it most likely
would not have been a problem - however her manager had
walked into the salon at that time because SHE was there
to get HER hair done. And sure enough several minutes
later as I looked up into the mirror - the manager was
sitting in the chair RIGHT BEHIND ME.
Maybe it was her own fear of being caught on camera that
had her completely forget customer service and customer
relations. (to bad my husband didn't have the video rolling
to capture her tirade) Sometimes it's those underling things
that we can't see that can jump up and bite us out of the blue.
Often in business it's those things that we don't know that
we don't know that can end up jumping up an biting us.
We can spend tons of money on training, websites, logos,
brochures, office space only to find that we are missing some
of the fundamentals of business and end up shutting our doors
cause we are not making the money we want to make while
working really, really hard.
Often it's the result of the small things that we didn't know
that we didn't know. We are going to be releasing shortly
some powerful training videos on uncovering those things that you
You Don't Know that You Don't Know...so stay tuned!
Not only that, we are pooling our resources and
creating a collaborative that allows us to use our businesses
to increase both our time and our money in a fun, safe,
supportive and empowering way - Instead of our business using us.
But we need your help - Please take a few moments to
complete our survey - if you haven't already and we will
be updating your shortly on our new and exciting plans.

Big Thank You to everyone on the Network for your
support and participation. As much as I know about
business and have trained business skills - I too
have come up against it in being stopped by the
things I don't know I don't know. I feel like I finally
have the right support, specialists and know-how
behind me that we can start to move forward to a
powerful new way. We can not do it alone (even
though I tried to do alone for a long time - believe
me - It doesn't work too well).
Thanks for walking with me and taking that next step!!
Sending Love, Warm Wishes and Prosperity Your Way!!!
